if basses were cars, what would they be?

after seeing a warrior ad in an old issue of bass player that said, "until rolls royce makes basses". it got me thinking about basses and their equivelent as a car. anybody else have any good ones.

warrior - rolls royce
fender - ford
yamaha - chevy
peavey - dodge
eb music man - honda
spector - jaguar
warwick - mercedes
smith - porshe
pedulla - audi
lakland - bmw
modulus - lincoln
rickenbacker - caddilac
alembec - hummer
carvin - nissan
fodera - ferarri
carl thompson - lamborghini

My Godin would probably be a PT Cruiser. Solid, retro vibe, kind of a work horse, nothing impressive under the hood, but it gets the job done well.

My Ibanez Musican would probably be one of those ugly identity crisis cars like an Element, an Aztek or a Subaru Baja. Its ugly as sin, but its versital.

I'd say Warwick was more like Volvo-lots of lower-cost models with some nice high-end ones as well.

I play Elricks, but I don't drive. Does that mean I get a really, really nice bicycle?

If my warwick was a car, it'd have to be a TVR Cerbera Speed 12, cuz it's the beastliest, loudest,it's uber fast(on the neck), the koolest thing ever made!
