I'm in a Bangladeshi Commercial

It was just released to Bangladeshi TV and the Bangladesh channel in America.

As I understand it, the singer/guitarist of the band, Hamza, is somewhat of a celebrity/pop star in Bangladesh. He moved to NYC, fell in love with Latin Jazz, and formed a new band with a new direction. I met him randomly, he found out I play bass, and asked me to join.

Last week, we filmed this commercial, which consisted of jamming on some Afro-Cuban grooves for a couple hours, and Hamza doing a little spiel about the band. Then it got cut down to 30 seconds.

Lemme know what you all think, any feedback is always cool. Thanks!

Oh, and for the inevitable gear questions, my trusty Aslin Dane Stingray with Basslines pickup (which has been my main bass for almost 10 years now) through a Gallien-Kruger MB 150 (the old model).

Honestly, there's a topic title I really never expected to see here.

I'm in NY, where nothing is unexpected! The Bollywood style dancing comes later. And the 30 seconds of fame is awesome, but not the first. Among other TV appearances, I appeared on the Telemundo morning show (La Comadres Con Gloria B, for anyone here who watches it) a few times with another project. Thanks for the support while my career is starting to do some cool things!
