I think that might depend on the type of strings you use. So you might have to make it more specific. Like "how many lbs of pressure is on the neck of a 4 string bass with 105 - 45 strings" or something like that. I think the type of string you use would also change that.

This should be easy to figure out if you have a tension gauge. Just tension each string individually until it's in tune and record how many lbs it took to get there. Add them up and you should have a pretty close idea.

if you are using d'addario strings, their tension ratings are printed on the back of the package.
