Where do I go to see some good 4-6 piece country groups?

So I'm going to be in Nashville from May 29th-June 1st. I joined a country band a year ago, but I still don't own hardly any country music, and I haven't seen many country groups. I need to emerse myself in 3 nights of good 4-6 piece country. Anyone know of any...

Good bars/venues that usually have that kind of music?
Artists performing that weekend that I should see?

Other info:
I'm going to be staying at Belmont college. I have no problems with cabs or PT, but walking distance from 1900 Belmont Blvd. would be nice.

The band I'm playing with is here: www.janesvillecountry.com , so you can get an idea of the kind of music I need to get emersed in.

any place down on broadway...just head downtown and you'll hear the bands as you walk past. Tootsies orchid lounge is a good starter place...it's a hole in the wall honky tonk, but usually has a good band in there. Keep walking down broadway and you'll probably find what you're looking for. Sometimes, Blue Bar Rackroom has a band playing in there. 3rd & Lindsley and 12th & Porter are hit and miss. Not sure where Billy Block is doing his show currently, but it used to be at 12th & Porter on Tuesday nights...(had some great country bands in there). Also, try looking at www.Nashvillerage.com ...they have listings of all the local clubs/bands playing. Dan McGuinness (not sure that's spelled right) often has country bands there too.

Hope that helps....but definitely hit up nashvillerage.com for your best bet.
