Manchester Academy.

Is anyone else?

How much can I not wait to see him play guitar?

Rock on.

I saw them about 2 years ago, in March 2003. I thought they were great.

I saw them not long ago. I had never heard of them when I saw them open for A Perfect Circle. I was quite impressed and I keep meaning to pick up an album or two.

I just borrowed "Francis the Mute" from my brother.
It's a fantastic album!
Been listening to it for days.

I hope i can see them someday...great band ! The Mars Volta is defnitely not a typical rock band. They often improvise which is quite rare in rock. Have fun

I'm picking up some tickets to their Montreal show in May. They just announced a bunch of dates for a US and Canada tour this spring/summer. Check out their site for the tour dates. The Mars Volta is great.

Juan Alderez, their bassist is AMAZING. If you see them live, make sure you check out how awesome he is. I think he uses vintage Fender Precision basses exclusively. He's a complete badass.
