Just got it 2 days ago, and I'm still trying to figure out all the features. GREAT fun. Careful to all of you with wives - I've been getting some hard looks.

I don't have one of the new ones, but I have one of the second generation ones and it's great. I still use it regularly (tonight in fact), and its the only thing I use to practice while at home, in a noise sensitive environment. It was a great bass investment.

I have (although not sure where it is) a Korg Pandora III from maybe 8-9 years ago. It was the guitar version, but I managed to make a few nice bass patches. I may need to look at getting the new one sometime soon.

I have a PX4D but find out I usually stay program #70 to #73, the "stu..." sounds. Pretty much everything else is useless, but I love it for the 6-strings, though, and I find the beat box pretty cool.

How does the PX5D compare?

Just got mine, too

Wow! This thing is a lot of fun!
...hey, where did the last hour go?

It has nice bass effects. A lot of them are over the top, but still, they are fun to play with.

The drum machine sounds kind of 1990's but good enough for practice.
