Influencing your Youtube search results

Not sure whether to put this in band management or miscellaneous... When uploading a new live vid to Youtube, what can you do to make sure it appears near the top of the search results when people search for your band name?

In our case it's fairly simple - our name isn't something used by anyone or anything else (Kojące Zające which means "the Soothing Hares"), so we don't need to compete with any other search results for the term. All our vids are either on my channel or on one of the singers' channels. We really only care about the search results from within Poland, if that makes a difference, and we're not terribly popular, just a cover band that's been gigging less than a year with only a few vids over 1000 views. So, we should be able to accomplish this much easier than it would be for a bigger band, but we really don't know how.

So, is there something we can easily do to make sure the new stuff shows up near the top, and push the older stuff lower in the search results?
