Inserting Photo help please

Can anyone tell me how to do this?
I tried clicking on Insert Image icon (yellow square with mountain) however no image will show up just the following:
I just get a script prompt and haven't a clue what to do.

The script is asking for a link (http://… etc. etc.) this assumes your image is being hosted on the web somewhere at the address you specify).

Talkbass.com also allows you to upload graphics (up to 600x600 pixels in size) which you can upload as an attachment (may be some restrictions dependant on the type of membership you have…) see "Additional Options"->"Manage Attachments…"

This is what you do, scroll down to the thing that says manage attachments, then go to browse then upload picture, then that should work I just found out how also.
