Have you read the OLD article by Rick Turner?

http://www.acousticguitar.com/gear/a...ibration.shtml

I know that the Timber Tech had gone out of business long time ago because of poor business plan.

But...

The idea of vibrating the solid body bass artificially appeals to me.

There is a 30W vibraton speaker commercially available.

Only a shadow of 7500W TC monster, but I imagine running it several weeks will make some difference.

So I ordered the speaker from http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....nk:top:en#shId

When I get the speaker, I will run it to my 93' MIJ alder P about a couple of weeks.

It's snake oil, IMO, but YMMV.

Personally I don't hear much difference, and 3 weeks between recordings could effect volumes, settings, etc. The second recording sounds like it was recorded hotter to me with a bit of breakup.
