It all depends on what you're trying to achieve.
If you want to send each pickup into a different amp, you will need a slight mod of your bass anyway.

A stereo female 1/4" connector wired to two male 1/4" mono connectors?

You could take a line out of the mixer could you not? Send 1 channel to two auxilery outs. It depends on the mixer though.

Edit: Or take a line out of your bass amp and go to the mixer if thats what your trying to do

Why do you want stereo? How are you going to set up the speakers physically if you do get it? Do you want a speakers either side of you or the stage? Unless your running stereo effects or two different effects such as clean on one side and distortion on the other there's no real point.

What equipment do you have available to you already that you own. You need either two amps or a stereo power amp have you got either of those? If you don't have two individual bass amps what are you going to use as a pre-amp for each side of the split signal?

If your running two bass amps then any of the above splitters should do the job, you could even use the line out of one and hook it into another.

There's lots of ways of doing this you just have to be a lot more specific

With the somewhat sketchy information provided I would suggest an AB/Y box for simplicity. As previously stated, lots of ways to skin this cat - a best solution could be advised with a more clear understanding of intended use.
