Has anyone else delt with them ? How were you treated ?

I ordered a bass about a week ago (online) and got an order confirmation immediately. I waited for a day or 2 for an e-mail saying it was shipped , nothing.

I called and they said it wasn't in stock (website didn't say anything about out of stock) I ask about shipping and IMO the guy answers with attitude. I call Friday nothing ,not in stock , not sure when it was going to be. I was supposed to hear from them today , but I called them instead. After being but on hold 3 or 4 times when I get through " our system is down right now so I can't check on it , but gimme your name and number and I'll call you back as soon a it's back up. Should be an hour and a half". I haven't heard back from them and now they're closed .

Is this how they do business ? anybody else have a bad expeience with them ?
