I happened across this website, and thought I'd pass it along. http://pickguards.us/index.html It's called Pickguard Heaven. They appear to make custom pickguards for a wide variety of instruments. For all I know, these sort of places are common knowledge, but I thought it was worth throwing out there

I had them make a nice white pearl pickguard for my Yamaha Attitude. It fit perfectly and it's a beauty! It made the Yammy look not so cheap.

Pickguard Heaven recently made me a black pickguard for my Stingray HS. I was quoted 2 months by a dealer for the genuine EB guard but PH did it in about 2 weeks. Fits perfectly and was quite a reasonable price too.

Wow! A place that makes T-40 pickguards without a tracing.

Just FWIW, I had some pretty bad communication problems with Pickguard Heaven, trying unsuccessfully to get questions answered about their materials, so I ended up getting my guards elsewhere. There are lots of other custom guard places, too- just google "custom pickguards".
