IPOD docking station that's good for hearing bass parts?

I'm looking for a docking station for my classic ipod that you can hear bass parts well on and has the capability for manual adjustments of the midrange. Any input?

As opposed to docking stations, many of the traditional boom boxes now have a 1/8" plug that will connect any iPod or mp3 device. While it won't charge your iPod, many of them have larger speakers and much better bass response. Some may also have low/mid/high eq or better. I'd look at those.
