Question Item Return Question

Sign in to disble this ad
I recently returned a product to Musician's Friend, and exchanged it for an other. On the phone I told the operator what product I wanted in exchange and all that great crap. When I shipped the product back, I forgot to put this slip in the box that indicates what item you want in return...I'm a little worried that I might not get my second product. Anyone ever have a similar experience like this?

As long as you have an RA number or something like that on the package, you should be fine.

Proof of delivery POD (Like UPS tracking saying it was signed for at the company) will be useful as well.
