Its been awhile...

I got my bass back last night, its been over 2 months since i last played it, i just haven't had the time to make it over to the studio to pick it up since my band split up.

It was such a joy to plug in and just groove for a few hours, what a pleasure.

I took off my glasses, closed my eyes and just played whatever i felt like playing.

I even got up 2 hours before i had to go to work, to get some more time in. It even felt great that the tips of my fingers were slightly tender this morning from the lack of playing over the last while.

Bass playing is good for your soul, groove is in the heart
