My friend and I are in the process of getting a new band off the ground, and until we find a drummer, it's just me and him. My schedule is extremely flexible, so I usually leave it up to him to call a practice.
Four times now he's told me that he would get up with me the next day to write some stuff.
Four days I've called him all day with no answer. It's getting old.
