"I just wanted to say thankyou all so much for making me feel so welcome and thankyou for all the awesome memories along the road. I will not be playing with Megadeth any longer. I'm sure Dave will post about it soon.
Thanks again my Metal brothers and sisters, James"

Ugh this stinks.

It is probably because Dave already said he was going to killing off Megadeth as their weren't any original members left other than him.

You know, if Dave would suck it up and beg, maybe Dave E. would come back and then Megadeth could survive. BTW, don't get me wrong. I love Dave M's music but he really seems to piss off everyone he works with. It is time for him to get over the anger from his Metallica days and not be such an arse.

Even with all that, I hope somehow Megadeth will continue but I doubt it.

They're touring this summer, I heard it on the radio.

Original members or not, I'm going! Gigantour 2006!

They were awesome at last year's Gigantour, so I'm sure I'll be going again. Sucks to see James leave though...he was a cool cat.

Megadeth, eh?

I guess that's why this is in the non-music related forum.
