Japanese Fender dealers and "Bottom Master" question.

I noticed that japanese fender dealer sites, liek ishibashi have different basses then the ones in the fender catalogue. So then I decided to check tou theyre baritone jaguars (bass VI's) and i found a baritone jaguar with the dragster humbuckers, jsut like the one we have access to. But when I searched it up (known as the "bottom master" guitar) it turns out ti has a longer scale (28 isntead of 27 and a half). But the one thats made here isnt made for E-E tuning its meant for A-A or B-B, and the single coil version is made for E-E tuning. So is the Japanese Bottom master meant for E-E tuning?

Also what Japanese dealers are there besides ishibashi music?
