Man, I just saw Joe Bonamassa, I think it's one of the best shows I've ever seen. His guitar playing is amazing, and he's backed by such a great band. An awesome drummer and a driving bass player. By the end of the night, the whole crowd was going crazy, and with good reason. That was some kind of energy in there.
I saw him before, in Boston, and that was a great show too, but this one blew it away. And I don't even care much for his albums (though they are pretty good), but live, he's amazing. If he ever comes around where you are, you shouldn't miss him, it'll be one of the best blues rock shows you've ever seen. And since he's still kind of small, hes only playing in smaller venues, so its really intimate and both times I've been to his shows, hes been whicked cool and professional.
Trust me, don't miss him, especially now, while hes still playing small places, you won't regret it.
