from torrent sites to legit MP3 hosting places, he's nowhere to be found.

any suggestions?

Magna Carta records carries a lot of prog artists.I know his CD's are there.

Check the iTunes store. At least here in Norway, they carry seven of his solo albums. (I didn't find "feeding the wheel" and "Christmas Sky" there, though.)
