I was being bored as I usually am in the evenings and was watching System of a Down Videos on Youtube. I happened to come across some of the songs they did for KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas.
They were Cigaro and Violent Pornography and they were horrible. This was the first time I was ever exposed to watching them live and I was deeply dissapointed. Serg and Daron just looked like they were screwing around in Cigaro and then Dearon goes off on this long babbling rant before finally getting into VP. Then both he and Serg mumbled the lyrics more than anything. It seemed so lifeless and unprofessional. It also didn't help that try tried to make the beginning of both songs slow and soulful. Cheeze man. Are those two videos a good window to how they are live? If so, I'd rather listen to the studio albums.
