...and MAN did they ROCK!!! My girlfriend won tickets and I thought, yeah it would be nice to see them...and now I'd have to say it is one of the best shows I've seen in a long time. Not only was their engery level really high, they truely looked like they were having fun (from the 7th row at least!). Jason Scheff put on an impressive show on bass and vocals...definitely earned my respect. Sweet bass too..not sure of the make, simple 'W' I think, on the headstock. Semi hollow body 5 string with two big shiney Gibson looking humbuckers....can anyone identify?
Bottom line it was great hearing and seeing such fine musicianship from guys who have been at it so long and yet still seem to love what they do....inspiring.
Sorry if I gush a little, but....if you like Chicago, this might just be a tour to catch.

The Band I am in does Chicago tunes and they are delightful to play on bass. Never a dull moment.

Would go see them in a heartbeat.
