to mention how blessed i feel to have everything that i have.

i was walking around the house just in a somewhat crummy mood, walked into my room and took a glance at the general area of where i keep my basses / amp. I'm loaning out my amp to someone today so my view of my main bass was full and clear.

Well when i took a look at my bass i just had an overwhelming feeling of how blessed i am to be able to have such a beautiful, good bass as i have (of which type is irrelevant), and it struck me how i hadn't noticed that before.

it's kind of random i suppose but i felt like i just needed to post this. So maybe everyone can take a step back and take a clear look at some of the things they have in their lives.

tl;dr - i'm a lucky guy and, i have a feeling that if you're on this site too, you are too. Every now and then we should take a good look at that.
