Keep your bass within reach

My parents are on vacation right now, so I've had the luxury of moving my computer downstairs and not having to spend the whole time in my room (where my bass is). I've noticed that I almost didn't play any bass (I had my acoustic guitar near to satisfy the music bug ).

Now these past 2 days I've kept my bass downstairs. The difference? I played A LOT more. So there's a lesson in this: keep your bass where you can see it. I just can't sit there and see my bass and not play.

My comp is right next to my bass stuff.

Mmmmmm. I probably play at least 3 hours a day.

If they'd let me keep a bass in my cube at the farm, I would... even if it's not pluged in...

The problem is I'd get even less work done that I normally get done...

hmmm....
