Keyboard through GK amp

I heard many keyboardists use bass amps and cabs because they handle low-end better than guitar amps and still have a good high-end. I was wondering if this was true, and if I got a keyboard would it sound decent through my GK rig?

Are you going to be playing keys or bass on keys?

Bass on keys works fine through a bass amp, but I think you'll find that you won't be happy with the top end with this setup.

I think GK stuff would be alright though, it handles highs pretty well. Though with a keyboard they might be too bright for you.
