I have had trouble getting mine - probably something to do with my internet provider over here in New Zealand or my own stupidity. Either way, through a series of emails Martin Roseman at Bass gear mag sorted it for me. I cannot think of any other magazine where a customer thousands of miles away would receive the same service from one of the bosses and for for a FREE magazine! Thanks guys, long may you rule. |

Going to covert mine to a paid subscription. Keep it up Tom. You are on to something. |

The default resolution needs to be changed if at all possible. |

The online version's format, while darned gorgeous and informative, just did not allow this guy with a modest-sized laptop to see it all very clearly. I guess my browser (Safari Version 3.1.2) is too creaky or buggy.
Nonetheless, congrats on a world class effort. I will subscribe!

I do agree that there is room for improvement in the delivery/viewing mechanism for the free digital subscription. We are working on making it better, though, and I think it will be much better come issue #2.
Take care, Tom. |

I agree with the others about the online reader though. My eyes aren't so good anymore. I think it would be ideal if there was a single page per view as opposed to two and it had an option to expand the page width to the width of the browser, something like Adobe pdf viewer.

| | | Hi Tom,
I have subscribed to the digital edition as well and I find it very informative. However, I could not find a way to actually download the mag. Am I missing something or is this as per design? Thanks and best of luck!
Cheers,
Gruby |

Could it have ended up in your junk mail, perhaps? Unless ofcourse they are really having a problem with their system... |

Looks great so far! Thanks!

I mean does it help at all or barely compensate for the printed media related costs?
