A few weeks ago I bought a set of Fender 9120 nylon wound strings and the E never sounded quite right. I'd used them for a while and could tell that it was messed up. It sounded lifeless and rattled even when plucked very lightly. I searched the web but couldn't find singles (strings, that is) so I emailed Fender CS to see if single strings were available anywhere. The next day I recieved a reply from ScottM telling me how sorry he was that I had a problem with my string and that he was sending me two FULL SETS as relpacement. Three days later they show up in my mailbox.

Now thats customer service.
