Lakland Customer Service

I have never, ever, ever had customer service like Lakland before.
I had a problem with the neck and even though the bass was long out of warranty Dan stood behind the product and corrected the problem. He did this FOR FREE, N/C, FREEBIE!!!!!! And on top of it he shipped the bass back UPS Next Day again FOR FREE. Carl and the the rest of the people at Lakland are a cut above the norm for customer service. What an excellent experience. I only wish everyone could experience this kind of service.

Yep, none better. I work in a shop that sells Lakland and they are just too cool to deal with. It must be great to have such a good product.

Lakland and Warwick CS sets the bar unfairly high!

Thumbs up

I work for a competitor, of sorts, and I have to give total respect to the guys at Lakland. I strive for that kind of CS myself, first rate bunch of guys, great instruments (I even own a 55-94 standard myself!).

No, many others set their bar too low.

Gotta give the "nod" to Dale T. @ Warwick, best of the best. And, he's written some pretty cool articles for BP over the years.

Also, honorable mention to PJ Rubal @ Spector & NS Design, great guy, great at CS.

+1 for lakland

Last night before leaving work...
I emailed Lakland with a serial # of my recently aquired 55-01 and some questions.
This morning....
I got in to find that Dan himself had replied with the answers to all 3 of my questions. That's good service!
