I'm listening to 'Get Over It' and the vocals seem like something off of a children's singalong album, especially in the chorus. She's easy enough on the eyes... though if you look at the large version of the OP's attached image on the site, she's actually making a rather unhappy face (http://www.monstroentertainment.com/...aurenpress.jpg)

I think the fact that it's Steve Harris' daughter increases the appeal.

so the fact that she has no talent really and her dad is amazing and has provided her with some opportunities makes her more appealing?

I admit I don't care for her musically but just assuming that her father used his pull to get her in the biz is not really fair. If you had bothered to read her bio you would see daddy had nothing to do with it. It is on the very first page of her website.

I think Lauren's music is okay but a little to slow for me. Having a dad in the business and as attractive as she is, can certainly help. Ultimately, its going to be her doing. I think its great for Steve to support his daughter. I just feel really bad for the Bass Player in the band knowing the Bassist Steve Harris is. IMO, I would like to hear her do an Iron Maiden song and start a metal band.

OMG that's hilarious! I know I would feel totally untalented in that situation. Imagine Steve on the side of the stage while you were playing....lol Talk about pressure! Especially considering that he is a bass icon and the reason I picked up a bass in the first place!
