Lead singer with "LSD"!

"LSD" aka; Lead Singer Disorder! I've been jamming with my drummer for the past 12 years in our prog instrumental band and we've had plenty of side projects away from each other. One of his old bands reunited after the singer was kicked out of a signed band for reasons he made himself out to be the victim. They needed a bassist and I joined. At first I felt sorry for the dude because he seemed sincere and professional. After countless acts of "What the hell is this guy talking about?" the straw that broke the camels back for me happened last weekend. The dude came to practice (just practice, no gigs set for at least a month mind you) with a pad and pen. He refused to talk to us indefinitely and write down his suggestions. No medical problems with his throat of any kind, and he gave no explanation yet he takes his cell phone calls and speaks perfectly fine. This continued for 4 days of practice and I couldn't take it anymore so tonight I brought my 5 year old daughters tiny chalk board with string to wrap around his neck. The band was in tears of laughter, except the singer. If he stays I'll be moving on. If not, who knows.

There were many times I wish I had. Besides the drummer who is a very dear friend, the 2 guitar players are really cool and very talented. I'm done with this project but I hope the drummer and I can at least get 1 of them to join our prog band. They have the chops for prog but like most guitarists they want the chicks and the spot light.

Shouldn't this be in the "Band Management" section?
