I saw a band back in the day when we were gigging original music called The Leftovers. They were on a label called Sliderkick Records out of Ohio I think.
My friends totally dug this band (a three piece). Wrote catchy hooks and great songwriting. Think of a more pop driven Weezer and Refreshments, but still had a style of their own.
We still listen to that album from the late 90's. Underage (Stay Home) could have been a pop hit IMHO.
Anyone know this band personally? I can't hardly find a footprint of information anywhere on the interwebs.
There is another band that formed in the upper east coast that used the same name but it isn't them. |
