35 Denton is a 4 day walkable music festival in the heart of Denton, TX. It happens the weekend before SXSW so if you are already in route to Austin stop by Denton first. I've worked with this festival for 4 years now on the operations side (fences and stages), folks much younger and hipper than me are doing the booking.
