Linkin Park's new Album

New comes out in mid-may, anyone else anticipating the album? Minutes to Midnight. pretty curious to find out why they named it that, it refers to the so called Doomsday Clock. clock determines how close we are to "nuclear apocalypes", quite a scarey thought.

explains why Linkin Park have gone out their nu-metal sound and into softer stuff, which doesnt include Shinoda . it shows in their new MV too, very unoriginal but nice to know that theyve grown up aswell.

clip can be seen here:

eh i don't know if the've "grown out" of the metal thing. one of the radio stations out here played some of the tracks from minutes to midnight and a couple of them were pretty heavy, one was almost old school metallica-esque

I am looking forword to this album quite a bit

I've never been a Linkin Park fan, but I caught their new video on MTV recently. It's a decent song, nothing spectacular, but a lot better than anything else I've heard from them before. At least that singer finally gave up rapping (well at east for that song, don't know about the rest of the album)

Man, are these guys still going? I don't think they're ever going to see glory days like they had back when every other 13 year old was wearing a LP hoodie. I heard the new song on TV the other days and it sounded as dull and lifeless as anything they've ever done.
