looking for 3-rd party shipping from eBay

Hi,
i want to buy a bass from eBay but the seller ships to US only.
Im looking for a 3-rd party seller in eBay who can send the bass to Europe. They don't actually sell anything on ebay, they just ship the bass to me for a small price.
I know i have seen them on ebay, but i can't find them.

Does anyone know where to find them.
