what island?
Oahu has plenty - Easy Music, Island Guitars, Harry's Music, Dan's Guitars

Kauai & Maui both have a Bounty Music

I don't really know what the other islands have.

Yeah, I bought a Baby Taylor guitar at Bounty on Kauai. Talk about impulse buy! I just went in there to mess around! It's in Kapa'a, just north of the shopping center there on the main strip.

and there's a music store in Lahaina on Maui - not sure if it's Bounty Music - but might be - but it's up a few blocks from the main touristy area - heading up towards the hill with the L on it.

what are you looking for? Mostly basses? If so, than Easy Music and Dan's Guitar's are where you need to go; best selection of the bunch.
