HELP! I got screwed balled good on eBay. I won (when I had some money) an Ibanez GSR 200-which I thought was reasonable and the guy said it was played in 3 sessions only and in excellent condition. in the picture, the bass looked fine.
OK. It took forever to get it, and I finally got it. Well, it was missing a tuning key. I mean you'd need a pair of channel locks to wind a string on it!!!!! So I looked again at the photo and noticed the guy thought he'd outwit people by turning all the tuning keys to the position where it all looked like the flat side was facing up (so you couldn't tell the key was gone).
So I took it to a local music shop. All the ones they had either was too tight or too loose in the hole. He was gonna replace that one but didn't have it.
So he orders it (all four of them now) from Ibanez, and they are taking their time. Mean while my unemployment checks ran out, and I don't have the money even if it ever gets here.
No way I can afford a whole set.
SO I was wondering if there is anyone here that may happen to have a spare one (I don't care if it matches my others) or if you are ridding the whole set, I will change em all..
cheap or to donate to a poor ol me?
