Looking for this song..

I just remembered this song from a while ago. I downloaded it as "Wither" by Dream Theater but it turned out to be something completely different. It began with a piano/keyboards intro and the lyrics were something like this for the chorus or pre chorus: "Your life's a lie..*can't remember*.. living this lie/life" can't remember the rest, but i believe they said cancer somewhere inbetween while the guitar was doing scale runs and had some sort of interlude with what seemed to be news reports in the middle of it.

Any ideas?. Anyway Thanks!

I found it, it's called Counterfeit words by Scendence.. if anybody was curious
