Looks like I'm a drummer now...

The band I'm playing in has lost the only drummer we can find to play rock covers.

I've volunteered to play drums.

On the upside I get to sit down all gig, make lots of noise and not do much.

On the downside....well, there's no downside.

On the downside, After playing drums for a week, your I.Q. drops 10 points.

No, I'm my church sound engineer. But I'm drumming with my own gigging band.

I am just getting back to playing bass after being volunteered as a drummer off an on for a few months. Drums are fun but also frustrating since I don't play drums as well as bass.

Vinnie Paul-not an elite athlete by any stretch of the imagination, not an elite drummer either, for that matter!

But yeah, playing drums is good fun. I'm no Gary Husband, but I try.
