Low action

it seems a lot of Virtuosos and advanced players use super low or pretty low action. I know I don't like my action that high, but some good people I noticed have pretty low action. The strings seem pretty like and it seems to make it easier to tap and stuff. Whats your experience with action?

I like mine in between low & high; I guess medium - either extreme doesn't feel right to me. Too low = too much fret noise when I play hard. Too high = harder to bend strings, and just harder to play ..... well everyone knows that one.

Super-low action's tend to be in the "wannabe"-guitar-hero camp - the faster/louder lower is always better type.

Most people with a bit more experience realise that while too high is just silly, there is such a thing as too low, and that being able to dig in sometimes is a good thing.

Medium low for me. When I had the electronics modified on my F Bass recently, the tech took it upon himself to adjust the neck so the action is low. It plays easy, but I like to dig in a little, and it buzzes under moderate finger picking. No bueno.
