I just purchased one of Brian's LEJ 6's, and I have to tell you that his customer service in nothing short of INCREDIBLE!!! I bought the bass on line from his site... I traded in my F Bass, and there was a little snag and I had him do some modifications on the LEJ 6... So, in the meantime, he sends me a brand new LEJ 5 to hold me over until the 6 is done!!! And to top that off, he spent so much time on the phone and also emails above and beyond the call... Customer service like this is unheard of anywhere today.... Brian was unbiased and extremely knowledgeable about all of the instruments on his site... He could have pushed to sell me a more expensive bass, however he wanted to make sure that I got the best instrument to suit my needs... I could not be more happy... I HIGHLY SUGGEST that all of you cats check him out for any of your bass playing needs, You will not be disappointed!!! Thanks BRIAN!!!

if you go to the "sold gallery", and clic on LEJ jazz basses, scroll down to the "6/24 triple pickup exotic, and there she is!!

Brian has given me the same treatment. I traded a modulus for an LEJ 5 and he made extensive mods on it and charged me very little. Pretty sure he threw in some freebies too. He is customer orientated to a fault it would seem! But look what it is getting him. Good reputations are hard to gain and easy to lose. I know from my dealings with him, I would never think twice to deal with him again.

I live in Murfreesboro, about a 5 minute drive from the Low End shop.

5 minutes. I'm not kidding. They are just outstanding - easy to talk to and there for what you need, and they won't badger you around or make you feel uncomfortable - in fact, Brian gives you ACTUAL, FACTUAL information (as opposed to say, oh, the slouch at GC) that is HELPFUL!

His setups are absolutely incredible - my Carvin played like it was a totally different bass after Brian was done with it!

About 15 mins from Low End for me. I've worked with Brian on multiple basses and always been very happy.

I can vouch for Brian being cool too. I spent some time there last year and only bought a t-shirt, but he treated me like I bought a Ritter and two Foderas from him. I would definitely feel comfortable spending big money at his store.

He spent so much time on the phone with me... I was going to get the OM 6, and I could not make up my mind, and he could have pushed me to buy the OM, however he just gave me the "facts" and let me decide... Oh and by the way, my wife is SO into my basses!!!! She does get it that "Bass players do IT deeper"!!!!

I met Brian at the Ohio Guitar Show here this past January. He was totally cool and laid back. If I had some money to blow I'd blow it in his shop first. Must be the southern hospitality or something. Every time I go to Nashville I leave there happy to know that there are still nice people in the world.

From an international perspective, I've bought 4 basses from Brian in the last couple of years and also traded in some of my own. In my opinion, he is the best bass dealer online so I'm not surprised to hear that they are so great to deal with in person.

LEJs are my favourite basses of all time. I now proudly play two of them around Brisbane, Australia and have a third being built. I don't play anything else - and thats after years of trying top quality builders. It's pretty cool that the Lowend is a shop that can offer an array of great brands or even custom builds that are world class as an alternative. It's a pretty unique niche they have.

Great basses and customer services. That's why I've own 6 LEJ's. Brian is a very humble cat. I'm glad to call him a friend. You can be a Kevin Walker or Willie Bobo from backwood TN...and he still give you the same amount of respect and attention. Also, anybody who buys an LEJ is consider as an endorser. Is that cool or what?

I can totally vouch for Brian, he is one of the only builders out there that would even take a second look at me... Not being a household name with a killer resume, brian still treated me like I was. Brain also trusted me with his gear, knowledge, and friendship. I am happy to be a endorser of LEJ and as long as you (Brian) don't change I won't!!!! God Bless and continue to make those killer basses! I am glad to be a part of the LEJ family for I know they are taking over!

I have the most positive and trouble-free experience with Brian. I got one of my Foderas from him and I'd not hesitate to deal with him again

Thanks so much for all the positive feedback, I know I fall short at times but I try. Its wonderful to hear the positive feedback from customers and I apologize to those that I might not have been able to satisfy in the past. I try my best to treat people as I want to be treated, but being a one many shop with many hats to wear can sometime cause stress and not allow me the ability to give everyone the time and treatment they deserve.

I do appreciate the positive feedback and support from all of you guys over the year. I will continue to try and grow and offer the range of HighEnd used and New instruments as well as service with quick response to questions.

Thanks to the Bass Community for making the LowEnd a dream come true!
