This occured not too far from where I live in Orange County. Too bad this happened . . man, I really feel bad for this guy...

Yeah, pay attention here.. Doc himself said it....

Doc has also been designing guitars for years." My thing is semi-hollow electric guitars that are very linear at high volumes and very tone-y like a lot of the old guitars people are paying huge dollars for".

Any other snobby comments from other 'experts' on what constitutes "luthiery"? Oh yeah, wait... there was one more:

A luthier (pronounced /ˈljuːti.ər/) is someone who makes or repairs stringed instruments.

Look it up

Weird. That's in my old neighborhood. My folks live right up the road in Garden Grove.

A good example of why you can't affort NOT to have insurance on the contents as well as the building. A darn shame.
