I can't speak to "Mesa trac-lock" casters, BUT...
I finally

began the process of racking-up some of my gear. Towards that end,
I got an Odyssey 18U rack case. It comes with wheels, but none of them are locking

.
A few of the items I plan to put in the rack are pretty high-$$$ and I don't wanna'
see the whole mess rollin' away, down the street, etc. Soooo...I went in search
of locking casters.
This site -
castercity.com - (right next door to Spatula City?

) was really helpful.
They had charts showing caster size vs. materials vs. the weight they'll support.
I'm guessing your ABM410 is somewhere between 80 & 100lbs.? I'm putting a
couple
of quite heavy amps into my rack case. I think the weight of the whole thing will be
just over 100lbs. I chose plate-mount,
3" swivel casters (that matched the plate
dimensions of the existing wheels of the 18U rack case). I got two locking types and
two plain swivel types. I chose the solid black polyolefin because
each caster is
rated 250lbs. capacity vs. 200lbs. for the albeit more colorful polyurethane types.
Polyolefin is also supposed to wear better through "wet" & "corrosive" environments.
Finally, they're an injection molded one-piece design, (fewer parts to break down
or wear out

).
BOTTOM LINE: I think 3" casters would be just fine for your ABM410. I think 4" would
be a bit much and look funny. If at all possible, check the specs of the Mesa trac-
locks you're considering, i.e., how much weight is
each caster supposed to support?
