Which metal mag concentrates the most on power/prog?

It's that time of year and I want to get a magazine subscription for X-mas. I want a magazine that concentrates on the more underground metal acts (especially the European scene), no magazines like Kerrang or Metal Edge that are chock full of MTV poo.

The only magazines I'm familiar with are BWBK and Metal Maniacs. BWBK has some decent coverage of power/prog and every issue comes with a sampler CD but is very expensive ($7/issue, even with subscription). Metal Maniacs concentrates more on black/death.

Can somebody recommend me some mags that have good power/prog coverage? I'm talking the super cheesy stuff (Blind Guardian, Firewind, Nocturnal Rites, Porcupine Tree, Dream Theater).

Appreciate the help!

I don't know about magazines (but metal maniacs is my favorite), but in case you don't know about the metal storm forum, it's a good place...check it out.
