Ugh, I can't stand most progpower bands. Granted, I'd take them over most of what you hear on the radio, but it's still a big PASS for me. Excepting perhaps Into Eternity.
There's an annual metalfest in Minnesota that has a bunch of black/death/etc., I think they just did their second one a few months ago (or maybe it's still to come). Forget the name. If it was closer, I'd be there.
Europe wins by far when it comes to metalfests.
Ozzfest sucks.
