Metallica's songs

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey folks, I will participate in a show which is "Tribute to Metallica" likes later. Since my band is a instrumental band, so we will play their songs in Instrumental format, and we would like to play in InstruMedley. My band have already come up with some song structure idea.

Intro: My Friend of misery (bass Intro) -> opening riffs of "Orion"...........

Any suggestion?! Any ideas are appreciate!

Pulling Teeth(Anaethesia) leading up to Metal Militia like in the album.

Though you need to be really talented to pull this one off.

or the opening guitar intro of 'One' leading to the riffage of 'Fight Fire with Fire'.

I'm all out of ideas.

Try the following...

The intro to For Whom The Bell Tolls
Master of Puppets (up to the singing)
The Call of Ktulu
The guitar solo in One
The intro of Seek and Destroy
You could switch My Friend of Misery with the Damage, Inc. intro
The intro of Wherever I May Roam
The guitar solo in Creeping Death is cool
Enter Sandman
(I'm not sure what order you would put these in though)

There's many more, but I'm too tired to type more...

Peace,
Graeme

Misery
Four Horseman (intro to the scalar run about a minute in)
One (heaviest part)
To Live Is To Die (Play a few minutes of the "riff")
For Whom The Bell Tolls (Intro and First Verse)
Until It Sleeps (Intro and First Verse)
The Outlaw Torn (Chorus Part "And if I start to come undone, stitch me together..."
One (Verse Riff)
Fade to Black

What I would play in a similar situation. Good Luck
