Military Band

Hi,

So for a while, I've wanted to join the military. One night I was watching ken Burns jazz, about the swing bands in the navy. It really inspired me to join a military band. I did more research and im hooked on the idea of it. I am a junior and i intend on meeting a recruiter next week.

A short span of my status as a bass player

-I play only electric for a little more then a year. I take lessons at a music school and am in the school jazz band. I feel that i am a good practicer (daily)
-I've checked the requirements, I feel like I could do it. Still the thought of it is nerve racking.

Just looking for advice/suggestions from people.

Thanks,
Jake

PM answered.

Anyone else, I'd be glad to answer any questions.
