mim pickguard problem

I ordered a tortoise pickguard off of stew mac's website for my mim fender fretless jazz, but when it arrived the screw holes didnt line up with those on my bass. I called stew mac and its the only screw configuration they carry. So I figured I should check fender's website but all that they carry is pickguards for american basses. Can Somebody tell me where I can get a tortoise pickguard for my MADE IN MEXICO fender fretless jazz bass (4 string)?

I don't see why the Jazzes would be so different...my MIM p originally had an aluminum pickguard, then a Tort from Fender American, now a BWB from StewMac and they all fit perfect... *why* would the Jazz not be the same? Seems rediculous to me.
