Question Molded earplug problem

Sign in to disble this ad

Recently at a gig I pulled my earplugs out of the case and one of the tails you use to remove them from your ear was gone . Has this happened to anyone else and if so how did you fix the problem ? I have contacted Westone (the manufacturer ) but have got no reply yet .Any help would be appreciated . Thanks .

My Etymotics did not come with the 'tails'. I just use my fingers, starting from the bottom. This may not work with yours as the Etys look softer than the Westone.
It is a little strange at first, but now I find it second nature.
