| More Zzounds love! Just bought an Ampeg 210AV from zzounds.com and they did me right.
1. They price-matched a GC code for 12% off last Thursday. Boo-yah.
2. Free shipping, and the cab arrived in 2 days —sooner than promised. Oh yeah.
3. They sent an instrument cable instead of a speaker cable. A drag, but not a big deal, b/c I don't NEED to use the cab right away. Called them yesterday and Megan told me they'd email me a UPS label to return the instrument cable, and they'd send the correct cable as soon as the label was scanned by UPS (proof that it was on its way home), and charge me the $3 price difference. This didn't thrill me, especially after Amazon immediately sent a new camera to replace one that was damaged in shipping last week. But again, I wasn't desperate—not that big a deal.
4. JUST GOT THIS EMAIL FROM ZZOUNDS MINUTES AGO: We apologize that the cable you received was incorrect. We are going to get this CBI Speaker Cable 14 Gauge 3 Foot shipped today at no additional cost to you and you will not be required to return this incorrect cable. If we run into any problems, we will let you know. You will receive an email with the tracking information once this shipment has left the warehouse. Let us know if you have any questions

Damn-near impeccable customer service, in my book. Going forward, if I need it and Zzounds has it, they get my business.
