Most fun bassline to play?

My favorite is definitely Lounge Act. Krist was a fantastic bassist, despite being overshadowed by Kurt. It always seems to be moving, it's a blast. It's always either sliding or dancing around the fetboard. Second would be Anesthesia for reasons I don't even need to explain.

Also, I was not exactly sure what board this would fit best in, probably here.

i like playing lines regular people know.

another one bites the dust- queen
miss murder- afi
tom sawyer- rush
seven nation army- white stripes
play that funky music- wild cherry

stuff like that...

to see some bobbing their head when they recognize what you are playing to me is fun.

Anesthesia is pretty cool to play, but my #1 would have to be Orion. Especially when you have a band to play with.

Of course there's always the straightforward fast stuff like The Trooper, Fight Fire With Fire, and Holy Wars...the Punishment Due.

Rush's 'Leave That Thing Alone' is my current favorite thing to play, anything by them is a blast.

The Lemon Song by Led Zeppelin, pretty much anything from the first 4 Queen albums (later ones were much simpler), YYZ, YMCA by the Village People... It's really fun, I swear!

It's not on our set list but we often play Polk Salad Annie at
rehearsals. Every once-in-a-while, we're playing a song and we
ask, "How would Tony Joe White play this?"

Then, we play the song with its regular chord changes but
with the Polk Salad Annie riff. It gets pretty funny -- and cool --
sometimes.

Early Elvis Costello songs have the catchiest bass lines. So do The Smiths. Good music and fun to play...that lovely Precision tone.
